1. Definitions
- Client: Any business or individual engaging Elite Hiring Solution to source candidates.
- Candidate: Any individual whose details are provided to a client for employment opportunities.
- Services: Recruitment, staffing, or related support offered by Elite Hiring Solution.
2. Our Services
- We connect candidates with suitable employers and provide recruitment support to both parties.
- We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the terms of employment between clients and candidates.
3. Candidate Information
- Candidate details provided to clients must remain confidential and used solely for recruitment purposes.
- Clients must not share candidate information with third parties without prior consent from Elite Hiring Solution or the candidate.
4. Fees and Payment
- Fees for recruitment services will be agreed upon in writing before commencing any assignment.
- Invoices are payable within 30 days of the candidate’s start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.
5. Candidate Introduction
- If a client hires a candidate introduced by us within 12 months of the introduction, full placement fees apply.
- Introductions are confidential; sharing candidate information with third parties that results in a hire will still incur our fees.
6. Liability
- While we strive to vet and recommend suitable candidates, we do not guarantee suitability, performance, or continued employment.
- Elite Hiring Solution is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the introduction, employment, or engagement of a candidate.
7. Equal Opportunities
- We promote equal opportunities and do not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
8. Data Protection
- We comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Please see our Privacy Notice for further details.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate recruitment services with written notice.
- Termination does not affect any obligations or fees due prior to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Amendments
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and effective from the date of publication.
