Job description:

Our client, a leading digital solutions provider, is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join their growing technology team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring flawless application performance, contributing to the delivery of reliable, high-quality software used by thousands of users.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute test cases for both manual and automated testing across web and mobile applications.
Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using Jira or other defect-tracking tools.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Perform regression, functional, integration, and API testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
Use tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Postman to automate testing processes where applicable.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide clear documentation of results.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA standards, frameworks, and testing methodologies.

Skills & Requirements:
Hands-on experience in software testing with exposure to manual and automated testing tools.
Strong knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, or Postman.
Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience testing web applications, APIs, and responsive interfaces.
Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
Relevant certification such as ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent is desirable.
