Job description:

Our client, a rapidly growing analytics-driven organisation, is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join their team and help transform raw data into meaningful business insights that drive strategic decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong analytical and technical skills to work on large-scale data transformation projects in a 100% remote role, with ongoing training and development support.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
Extract, clean, and analyse complex data sets using SQL and other analytical tools.
Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Product to support data-driven decision-making.
Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Contribute to the automation and optimisation of reporting processes.
Support the development of KPIs and performance metrics to measure success across business functions.
Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in data analytics.

Skills & Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Power BI (or Tableau), SQL, and Excel.
Understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and database structures.
Ability to interpret data and communicate findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills with a data-driven mindset.
Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and automation is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role preferred (graduates with strong portfolios also considered).
