Job description:

Our client, a leading technology consultancy, is offering an exciting opportunity for an Entry-Level Business Analyst to join their team and support digital transformation projects across multiple industries.

This role is perfect for a motivated graduate or early-career professional looking to develop their analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills within a dynamic consultancy environment. You’ll receive full support and mentoring from experienced Business Analysts and project teams while gaining exposure to enterprise-level digital projects.

Role Overview
You’ll assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, analysing processes, and supporting the delivery of technology-driven solutions that improve business performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in gathering and documenting requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
Support the preparation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flow diagrams, and user stories.
Work closely with senior analysts, project managers, and technical teams to understand project objectives.
Help identify and document process inefficiencies and propose areas for improvement.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help track issues and feedback.
Contribute to project documentation, meeting notes, and reporting.
Learn to use Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage and track project progress.
Participate in regular team meetings and gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate:
Recent graduate or early-career professional with a degree in Business, IT, Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
Strong interest in business analysis, digital transformation, and technology-driven solutions.
Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
Eagerness to learn tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Power BI (training provided).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience (internship, placement year, or project work) in business or IT-related environments is advantageous but not essential.
