Job description:
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Project Manager with 5+ years of proven success in delivering diverse and complex technology projects across multiple business areas.
This role is ideal for a proactive and organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing global IT initiatives from inception through to implementation and handover. You’ll play a key role in aligning technical delivery with business objectives, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within scope, and to budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, including Digital, CRM, ERP, and ITSM-related initiatives.
Oversee project planning, execution, governance, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and communication.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and global teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Produce status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior management and stakeholders.
Facilitate project meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
Manage change requests and ensure project benefits are clearly defined and tracked.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the IT PMO and project delivery function.
Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Project Management within medium to large-scale organisations.
Demonstrable experience managing Digital, CRM, ERP, or ITSM projects.
Proven ability to manage global and multi-site projects, coordinating cross-functional teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Experience in budget management, vendor coordination, and resource planning.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile Scrum Master are desirable.
A strong business acumen with the ability to align IT delivery to strategic outcomes.
