Job description:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst / Systems Architect to join a growing technology team and support the design, documentation, and implementation of business and technical solutions.

In this role, you’ll assist in maintaining consistency across systems, participate in technical evaluations, and contribute to the delivery of robust, scalable solutions under the guidance of the Lead Architect. Key Responsibilities:
Support the analysis, documentation, and modelling of business processes and system requirements.
Assist in designing system architectures, integrations, and workflows that align with organisational objectives.
Contribute to the preparation of functional specifications, data models, and solution designs.
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and solution alignment.
Participate in system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and deployment activities.
Help maintain documentation for system architecture, integration points, and configuration management.
Conduct research and evaluations of emerging technologies and software tools.
Provide analytical support in assessing business performance and identifying process improvements.
Support data migration, validation, and quality assurance during implementation phases.
Work closely with the Lead Architect to ensure best practices in system design, scalability, and security.

Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or a related discipline.
1–3 years’ experience in a business analysis, systems architecture, or related IT role.
Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), systems integration, and data flow mapping.
Familiarity with UML, BPMN, or other process modelling techniques.
Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, or similar documentation tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
Eagerness to learn and develop within a structured mentorship environment.
