We’re seeking an experienced QA Tester (Automation & Manual) to join their growing technology team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of web and mobile applications that impact thousands of patients nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing throughout the SDLC.
Create and maintain automated test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to define clear acceptance criteria.
Identify, document, and track defects through the defect management process using Jira or Azure DevOps.
Contribute to continuous integration (CI/CD) testing pipelines to improve deployment efficiency.
Ensure all software releases meet security, compliance, and performance standards within the healthcare domain.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide test reports with actionable insights.
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of an Agile team.
Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
3+ years’ experience as a QA Tester, with hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing.
Proven expertise with Selenium, Cypress, Postman, or similar automation tools.
Experience testing RESTful APIs and web services.
Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and QA processes.
Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and back-end testing.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Experience within the healthcare, SaaS, or regulated technology sector is a plus.
ISTQB or equivalent QA certification desirable.
