Role Overview:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll take ownership of designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to bring new ideas to life — while mentoring junior developers and driving engineering excellence across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications and APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing code reviews, technical guidance, and support.
Optimise application performance across various devices, browsers, and environments.
Implement and manage automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical challenges in production environments.
Apply best practices for security, performance, and scalability in all development work.
Contribute to the design and management of serverless architectures and cloud deployments.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and integrate modern solutions to improve development efficiency.

Experience & Skills Required:
Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer or similar role in a modern web environment.
Strong proficiency with Node.js, AWS Lambda, and serverless architectures.
Advanced front-end experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Experience managing infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern web architecture.
Experience working in FinTech or fast-paced startup environments is highly desirable.
Skilled in automated testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong grasp of secure coding practices, authentication, and data protection principles.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
