We are seeking a talented Web Developer / Full Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing digital team building innovative, high-performance web applications. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising end-to-end solutions across both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless functionality, scalability, and exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Implement front-end interfaces with a focus on usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Build and optimise server-side logic, APIs, and database structures to support front-end functionality.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and version control standards.
Integrate third-party APIs, payment systems, and authentication services.
Monitor and enhance application performance, security, and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies to support continuous improvement.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending new tools and techniques where appropriate.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years’ experience as a Full Stack or Web Developer.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Solid experience with Node.js, Express.js, or similar backend frameworks.
Proficiency with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and JSON data structures.
Experience using Git / GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Docker containers is an advantage.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
